1. Who is responsible for your data

The controller of the personal data processed through this website is KruniWeb (Krunislav Mishkov), a web design and development service.

2. Contact form and website review requests

What is collected: the details you type into the contact or website review form — name, business name, email address, and optionally your website URL, approximate budget, desired timeframe and message.

Purpose: to respond to your inquiry and, if you request it, to review your website and reply with feedback.

Legal basis: steps taken at your request before possibly entering a contract, and legitimate interest in answering business inquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How it is processed: submissions are delivered to me as email via Resend, a third-party email delivery provider. They are not stored in any KruniWeb application database. Resend processes the message to deliver it and may retain delivery and message logs for a limited period according to its own policies; after delivery, your message exists in my email inbox.

Retention: inquiry emails are kept only as long as needed to handle the inquiry and any follow-up project communication, after which they can be deleted on request or during regular inbox cleanup.

3. Roofing quote forms (/streha and /en/roofing)

What is collected: type of roofing work, property location, phone number, a description of the job and optional photos of the roof.

Purpose: to review your request and pass it to a suitable local roofing contractor who may contact you about the work.

Legal basis: your explicit consent, given through the required consent checkbox before submitting (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw this consent at any time by contacting me — your request and its photos will then be deleted.

How it is stored: these submissions are stored in Supabase (database and file storage for the uploaded photos) so they can be reviewed and forwarded to a contractor.

Retention: submissions are kept while they are being processed and forwarded to a contractor, and are deleted once they are no longer needed for that purpose or when you withdraw consent.

4. Hosting and technical logs

This website is hosted by Vercel. As with any website, Vercel processes standard server and access logs (such as IP address and browser information) that are technically necessary to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics or tracking tools and sets no marketing or advertising cookies. The only cookie used is a technical session cookie for the password-protected admin area of the roofing leads service; it is required for that area to function, is not used for tracking, and is not set for regular visitors.

6. Who receives your data

• Resend — delivers contact and review form submissions as email.
• Supabase — stores roofing quote submissions and uploaded photos.
• Vercel — hosts the website and processes standard server logs.
• Local roofing contractors — receive the roofing quote details you submit, only with your consent, so they can respond to your request.

Your data is never sold and never shared with third parties for their own marketing.

7. International data transfers

The providers above (Resend, Supabase, Vercel) may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where they do, the transfer is covered by the safeguards those providers offer under applicable data-protection law, such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

8. Your rights

You can exercise the following rights at any time by contacting me:

• Access — ask what personal data of yours is being processed.
• Correction — have inaccurate data corrected.
• Deletion — have your data deleted, including roofing quote submissions and their photos.
• Restriction — ask for processing to be limited in certain cases.
• Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Portability — receive the data you provided in a usable format, where applicable.
• Withdrawal of consent — where processing is based on consent (roofing quote forms), you can withdraw it at any time; this does not affect processing that already happened.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority — in Slovenia the Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, ip-rs.si).

9. Changes to this policy

If the way this website handles data changes, this page will be updated. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
